MathSciNet is the online version of the American Mathematical Society (AMS) publications Mathematical Reviews, from 1940 to present, and Current Mathematical Publications. University users have access to Licensed Materials of the online research database MathSciNet, which includes reviews of mathematical literature; about 3,99 million items, including bibliographic data from retrodigitized articles that dates back to the early 1800s; about 2,67 milion direct links to original articles from 1800 journals. Reference lists are collected and matched internally from approximately 650 journals, and citation data for journals, authors, articles and reviews is provided. This web of citations allows users to track the history and influence of research publications in the mathematical sciences.
