From June 1: 4 library departments are opened

Following the government’s loosening of quarantine requirements 4 library departments are opened: V. Biržiška Library (K. Donelaičio St. 52-218, requests from Central repository, V. Biržiška Library, L. Donskis Library, M. Romeris Library, V. Čepinskis Library), Agricultural Academy Library, Studentų St. 11, Akademija, Kaunas r., Music Academy Library, V. Čepinskio St. 5-429, Kaunas, Education Academy Library, T. Ševčenkos St. 31, Vilnius.

Library working hours from June 1: 10 – 17 (Monday- Friday); Come to pick up the ordered books when you receive a confirmation from the library by e-mail about the completed order. We recommend to return books into external self-service device (K. Donelaičio St. 52) at any time or bring to open library departments.

Visitors must wear protective face masks, keep a safe distance of 2 meters, use disposable gloves when using a computer or taking books from the shelves. Working in the library premises is limited to 2 hours; room disinfection breaks for 20 minutes (from 12.00 to 12.20 and from 15.00 to 15.20, ventilation, cleaning of table surfaces, etc.), during which students are not serviced;

It is forbidden to come to pick up / return books if you are running temperature or have symptoms of upper respiratory diseases, acute intestinal infections, etc. (e.g. runny nose, sneezing, difficult breathing, diarrhea, vomiting, etc.) or must be in isolation.
