  • WHAT ARE THE LIBRARY OPENING HOURS?
Opening hours of the reading rooms and lending departments are different. For information, visit here.
  • WHERE COULD I FIND RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE LIBRARY?

  • WHO CAN USE LIBRARY SERVICES AND FACILITIES?
University staff and students can use all Library services and facilities: lending, reading rooms, computers and internet access, licensed databases, printing, copying, etc. Persons who are not members of VMU community have the right to read books and other documents only in reading rooms, also they can use paid services (copying, printing, etc.); user registration via presenting valid identification to librarian is necessary.
  • WHAT TO DO IF I LOST STUDENT (STAFF) CARD?
If Staff or Student Card has been lost or stolen, please notify any Library Department staff or by e-mail info@bibl.vdu.lt immediately to avoid others using your card.
  • WHERE CAN I COPY AND PRINT? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

  • WHERE AND WHEN CAN I USE LIBRARY'S COMPUTERS?
Computers in the Library’s reading rooms should be used for search and recording information of study and research, as well as for e-mail. Only members of University community have a right to use computers in Library reading rooms, therefore Logon is required with VMU FirstClass user’s password. There is a possibility for users to connect personal laptops to wireless network in reading rooms. Computers in lending departments can be used only for search and ordering documents in Library General Catalog.
